The construction of our NEW Airport Industrial Complex is underway! This facility is located just 45 minutes south of Memphis, Tennessee. It is one mile from Interstate 55 along Highway 35 in North Batesville (Exit 246) and is adjacent to the Panola County Airport. It will be a fully-served 190 acre site. The entrance road will be curbed and guttered with all utilities installed underground. The park, once completed, will be one of the nicest industrial parks in North Mississippi. The completion date is scheduled for Fall 2010.
The Panola County Road Department has begun construction of the main entrance road. Here are a few pictures to show the progress we have made thus far.
